We are a buy and hold fund that is looking for strategic partners to help us buy rental properties in the local Pittsburgh market.   • What types of homes do we buy?
    Single Family Homes, Duplex, Triplex, Quadriplex
  • What condition of homes do we buy?
    Any condition, we buy as-is
  • Will you buy MLS listed properties?
    We buy off the MLS, but have our own agents sourcing these deals already. This form is for Off-Market properties only.
  • What types of rentals are we looking for?
    Our properties are typically renovated at the time of purchase and will rent from anywhere between $1,200 to $2,500 per month.
  • Will you buy if it is tenant occupied?
    Yes! We will inherit tenants.
  • Can the Seller stay in their home after we purchase?
    Yes! We can give the Seller up to 30 Days to leave the home if they need additional time, after the closing date. If they need longer than 30 days, see next question.
  • Can the Seller rent the home back after we buy it?
    Yes! If the seller wants to cash in on selling their home now, but wants to remain in the property longer term (more than 30 days) we can rent their property back to them. We would do no repairs at the time of purchase besides putting on our smart home system to manage the property and the seller would be able to continue living in the home as a tenant until they find their next home.
  • What areas do we buy?
    We are looking mostly for A and B type neighborhoods, in desirable areas. Here are some of the areas we are currently buying. If an area you believe is an appreciating area with either good schools, or property values that are on the rise, feel free to submit the property and we will evaluate and let you know if we can buy there.
