Once you live in an Imagine Home, you can spot them a mile away. The electronic door system is top notch. Also, the portal for payment on rent/utilities matches all other high-end rental properties which is easy to use and makes paying your bills easy. They elevate properties to be safe and in good repair. I would absolutely consider renting with them again.

The house is beautifully updated, and the management team puts a lot of work into upkeep to ensure it remains a great place to live! Anytime an issue arises, Tim has been out to fix it same day (or next day if it wasn't an emergency), and I know I can trust him to do a GREAT job. Stephanie has also been very helpful in the leasing process, understanding my unique circumstances and providing options that meet my needs.
