A Year in Review: Imagine Homes Management in 2022

To move forward, it always pays to look back and count our wins. 2022 for Imagine Homes was a year of focus, business growth, and hard work. We expanded our markets, hit milestones, and welcomed new faces both into our team and into new homes, all while continuing our commitment to deliver best-in-class experiences to our customers.

Here are some of the highlights of our year in review:

• We expanded our Cincinnati market to include Northern Kentucky!

• We added two brand new markets in Indianapolis and Columbus!

• We hit a new milestone of over 1,700 homes under management, welcomed 1,869 new residents and 698 pets into 814 homes, and partnered with 307 new contractors for our homes.

• New faces joined our leadership ranks and they have generously shared their insights and plans for the company:

• Our very own Regional Acquisitions Manager in Pittsburgh, Luke Petrozza, was featured on Wholesaling, Inc.’s podcast to discuss the truth about hedge funds and share invaluable insights into how to make them work for you.

• We received an average maintenance satisfaction score of 4.3 out of 5 from 258 survey responses.

• In our mission to deliver best-in-class experiences across the board, we also put together various tips to help both home sellers and our residents alike. Here are some useful tips we compiled just for you:
